Privacy Notice: Pressure V12

Who we are. Pressure V12 is a business software and services subscription provided by Pressure. This notice covers pressurev12.com and the V12 platform.
What we collect.
- When you book a consultation or request free resources: your name, email, and optionally your business name, type, website and stage, plus which resources you chose and how you found us (for example, a campaign link).
- When you subscribe: your name, email, business details and the details you give us for your store. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
- When you use the workspace: the records you create (orders, products, checklists, support requests) and basic sign-in records.
- Your store’s customer and order data belongs to your business. We store and process it to run your store, on your behalf.
How we use it. To provide and support the service, to send what you asked for, to bill your subscription, to keep the system secure, and, only if you opted in, to send you marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing. We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with services that run V12 for us (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), or when the law requires it.
Your data, your export. Subscribers can download a full export of their store and data. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we must keep by law.
Security. Each business runs in its own isolated system with its own database. Access is limited to people who need it.

Changes. If this notice changes, we update the date above.
