Is there a minimum term?
No long-term contract. After setup, V12 is month to month. Cancel any time, and it takes effect at the end of your current paid month.
What does the setup fee cover, and is it refundable?
It covers building or connecting your system, configuring it for your plan, connecting your accounts, your brand kit and training. Cancel before your kickoff call and we refund it in full. Once the kickoff call has happened, setup work has started and the fee isn't refundable.
Do you refund monthly fees?
No. Each month is paid in advance, and a month that has started isn't refunded or credited.
What if I need more than my monthly hours?
Extra work is $150 an hour, billed in 30-minute blocks. We send a written estimate first, and nothing starts until you approve it. Unused hours don't roll over.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time: you pay the difference in setup fee, and the new monthly price starts at your next billing date. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep full access for 14 days while it's fixed. After that, access to your workspace pauses, but your store keeps running.
What happens if I leave?
Your store, data and accounts are yours. You can download a full export of your website and database until 14 days after your service ends. Your domain, payment, Google and other accounts stay in your name.
Who pays for payment processing, email, ads and other tools?
You do, directly to each provider, in your own name. We connect your accounts but never resell them or mark them up.
Do you guarantee results?
No. V12 gives you the system and our team's support. We don't promise revenue, customers or growth, and we don't give legal, tax or compliance advice.
How many businesses does a plan cover?
One business, one brand and one primary website per plan. Extra websites, brands or locations are quoted separately.
